Returns and Exchange Policy: All sales at www.gymsquadproject.com are final. No returns/refunds are available on any of our products.

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange your product, submit a mail to us within 7 days.

Once the product is picked up from your end, we will promptly process the exchange and arrange for reshipment of the product to your specified address.

In the event that you encounter a manufacturing defect or you have received a wrong product, you must ensure that you reach out to us at gymsquadproject@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. Please note that after this period expires, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.

Please do not ship products back to us without consent. Any items that you ship back to us without our prior written approval from us will not be considered for either exchange or refund, and we can not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item in transit, or for its safekeeping after delivery.

Shipping Policy: At gymsquadproject, we strive to provide a seamless experience, no matter where you live.

All orders would be processed within 3 – 5 working days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.

Order and Delivery: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

For COD orders, you will receive a text/call from our team for confirmation of the order. Once you confirm the order, your order would be processed.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you.

We can not be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility.
